Meet The Team

Mr. Parker established Robert E. Parker & Associates, Inc. in 1964.  In 2000, after almost 40 years of practicing law, he retired and sold the company.  However, retirement did not fit well with him, and with his continued passion for the law, Mr. Parker returned to the legal profession in 2006 creating Robert E. Parker Attorney Law, LLC, which operates under the trade name of Parker & Orvis.  Picking right up where he left off, in just a few short years, Parker & Orvis has become a re-established law firm with a reputation for the highest standards in legal knowledge, professionalism and integrity.

Parker & Orvis has an emphasis on real estate law, including title insurance, residential and commercial closings.  Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Trust Administration, Probate and Probate Administration are also skillfully handled by the experienced attorneys at Parker & Orvis.

Everyone at Parker & Orvis is dedicated to providing each client the highest level of legal services, while providing that service to each client in a personal, professional and caring manner. 

Carol Parker is the Co-Owner/Manager of Executives Title. She has worked diligently throughout the years to create a top-notch company that reflects its’ motto “ Executing Excellence Everytime”. She is well versed in the title industry, as well as in operations of running a company. The work performed by her team is known in the area as top rate. She is a problem solver and a proactive team leader who works hard for her clients to receive a quality real estate closing transaction.

Belinda Galbraith is the Co-Manager of Executives Title.   Her 41 years of experience in the title industry, along with her well rounded knowledge of real estate transactions aid her in bringing a closing standard of “excellence” to our clients.  She works hard to stay informed, to keep employees knowledgeable of the title industries changes and standards and to maintain the company’s motto, “Executing Excellence Everytime”.

On, April 1st, (April Fools Day, no less), 2006, Jessica started her career at Executives as a Processor on a bilingual closing team.  She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2007. In 2009, she became the Processor for a large home builder’s account and moved into the Lender Closer position for that account in 2012.  She is an OSU graduate who was born in Tulsa and has lived in Tulsa her entire life.

Lauren came to work for Executives in 2014 as a part-time employee.  She now works full time as a Lender Processor for a large builder account.  With her vast knowledge of the company, she is able to fill positions such as receptionist, processing, recording closing documents and accounting when needed..   She came to Oklahoma from Kansas and enjoys working with people.  Her outgoing personality helps her while performing her work and with her outside interests such as theatre. 

Trey has been with Executives’ for 7 years.  He has worked in various departments and has accumulated a large of amount of knowledge about the title industry.  Currently he is working in the reception, abstract desk and closing areas.   Trey is serious about his work and adds a fun, light sense of humor anywhere he goes.  He is a serious sports fan, likes to hang out with friends and claims to be the “Best 25 year old chef on this side of the Mississippi”.

Maureen is an 18 year employee.  She is a Lender Closer and was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2009.  Her experience working in departments such as accounting, set-ups, processing, and closing has given her a well-rounded knowledge of the closing industry.   She has lived in Oklahoma for the last 43 years.

LeeAnn  joined  the Executives Title team in the beginning of 2020.  With  27 years experience in the lending and title industry, she brings a vast amount of knowledge to closing team. Her past experience as a processor, closer, title dept. clerk and accounting clerk have given her a vast amount of experience and knowledge in completing her work as a Lender/Broker Closer, along with helping her 3 person team by processing files.  She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2000.   She enjoys her duties, getting to know her clients and strives to bring a quality transaction to the closing table.  A born and raised Oklahoman, she  enjoys working and enjoys her spare time in her off hours.

Hadley “Hads” Hull has previously worked as a summer hire for the last few years.  Her previous experience has given her a broad knowledge of  the workings in the  title industry.  She previously worked in our recording dept. which gives her a well rounded background in title documents which helps her as she works as a processor in our Closing Dept.   She is also our Social Media specialist and has been an asset in our communications dept.  Hadley is a born and raised Oklahoman who enjoys reading and spending time with her loved ones.  She has 2 dogs that are a joy to her heart.

With 19 years of title closing experience, Tracy is a Broker/Lender Closer.  She has been with Executives since 2015. Tracy was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2006 and has been a resident of Oklahoma her entire life.  Her caring spirit and her experience in the closing field offers a great closing experience for her clients.

Emily is a processor and closer for Executives Title.  She has been with Executives since 2007 and was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 1999.   She enjoys her clients and enjoys processing and closing for her home builder account. Her 22 years of closing industry experience, helps her to navigate and conduct her closings in a proficient manner.

With 17 years of experience, Charissa has a well-rounded background in the title closing industry serving in most departments at one time or another.  She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2000. Charissa has been with Executives since 2007 and enjoys working with her clients in her current capacity as a Broker/Lender Closer.  An Oklahoma resident since birth, she knows the area and is a help to her clientele with the closing needs in this part of the state.

Shania joined the Executives team as Lender/Broker processor in 2016.  She likes to help others in the office. She likes the outdoors and activities such as camping, fishing, hunting and riding recreational vehicles.  She also likes to spend time with family and friends. 

In 2015, Paris began working with Executives as our receptionist.  She checked in abstracts, processed files and has currently achieved the position of Broker Closer. She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2016.   She has a fun, carefree personality but works hard to give her clients an excellent closing experience.  Summer is her favorite time of the year,  lots of closings , along with lots of sunshine and longer days to enjoy her family, friends and her pet dogs.  Paris has an associates degree from TCC and also has a cosmetology license.  She is always ready to help by utilizing her cosmetology skills when the office personnel have award banquets and other special events to attend. 

In 2014, Lindsey began working at Executives learning the title industry and was assigned various jobs in the office.  In 2019 she became a full time Asst. Broker Escrow Officer.  Lindsey works hard to make sure her clients are served well.  She is a Kansas native who in her spare time, enjoys strength training, playing with her dog and shopping.

Victoria is a Lender/Broker closer with Executives. She joined our team in 2019 with 34 years of experience in the title industry.  She has been commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma since 1997.   Victoria is a long-time resident of Oklahoma with Ohio roots.  Her spare time is spent with her husband, their 3 dogs, her family, and watching “Ohio State Buckeyes” football games.

After growing up in a family who is involved in the real estate industry, Kelsey decided that the Title Closing area was where she wanted to be.   She joined Executives in 2007 as a Processor. In 2009, she became a Broker Closing Escrow Officer. She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2008.  Kelsey dedicated to providing her clients the best experience as possible.

In 2008, Christy began working as a Broker Processor with Executives and in 2015 moved to the Asst. Broker Escrow Officer position.  She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2010. Christy is well organized and works hard to make sure her clients are served well.

Sydni a/k/a “Syd or Squid” has worked with Executives since 2021.   Familiar with all aspects of the closing process, she is currently in the position of processor for one of our closing teams.  She has been in the title industry since 2015 with experience and licensing in an array of areas that include a title insurance license, realtor license, and certified land records deputy.  Her dependability and vast amount of knowledge help her to excel in her processing position.  She received her Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2015.  Sydni is a fun, outgoing,  “born and raised”Oklahoman who enjoys being with her kids, riding roller coasters, watching
movies, reading books, baking and enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Courtney has 18 years of experience, a vast amount of knowledge and many diverse contacts working with title issues at Executives. She
currently is a Broker Closer.  She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2004.  She’s a graduate from Rockhurst University and is a lifelong Oklahoma resident.  She enjoys animals and cares a great deal for them. 

Stephanie is an OSU graduate who has 13 years title closing experience as a closing processor.  She has worked hard and became an Escrow Closer in 2021.   She is a team player and when needed, filling the company’s temporary vacant duties slot is something she is always willing to do.  She is Oklahoma born and raised and enjoys the area.

Twenty-two years of experience in the title industry and six years working as an Admin in the realty business have contributed to Shari's vast array of title closing experience.  She has been employed with Executives as a Broker/Lender Closer since 2015. She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2000.  She has lived in Oklahoma her entire life and enjoys working with her clients and their closing needs.

A Northeastern State University graduate, Jennifer came to work for Executives in 2016.  She has held several positions in the company and is currently a Lender/Broker Closer. Jennifer is a problem solver and  tackles her assignments with energy and proficiency.

Leah “Loo” joined the Executives team in 2020.   Bringing 5 years of experience in the title industry with her, Leah started in our Recording Dept.  and quickly moved into our Escrow Dept. working as a Lender Closer Processor.   She attended the University of Oklahoma which seemed a natural thing for her to do since she is Oklahoma born and raised.  By the way, she is a HUGE fan of Sooner football, BOOMER SOONER!!   She loves her fur babies  and also enjoys reading, sewing, baking, recreation at the lake and traveling.  

Misty has 13 years of experience in the title industry.  She has experience as a closer processor and also in the file shipping area.  Misty previously
worked for Executives  and recently came back to work with us in 2020.  She has a Technical degree for an Executive Administrative Assistant.  As an Oklahoma resident for 39 years, this area is definitely home to her.  She enjoys her family along with a number of other hobbies in her life.

Laurie is a Kansas University graduate and has worked for Executives since 2015.  She has a total of 10 years experience in the title industry and was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 2013.  She is the receptionist, data entry person, shipper of lender files, recorder of  the Sapulpa office's title documents with their appropriate county and all around “go to” person in the Sapulpa office.  She helps wherever necessary to make sure our clients receive a delightful, excellent experience.   Laurie is from Buffalo, New York but has been an Oklahoma resident for many years.

Jamie has 45 years experience in the title industry.  She has been employed by Executives for 21 of those years.   She was commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Oklahoma in 1994.  Her experience as a Lender and Broker title officer, attending real estate school, working with title commitments and policies has given her a vast knowledge of the closing industry.  Jamie works hard to assure title work is accurate, complete and recorded timely.  She is an Oklahoma native and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Janis, has been in the title industry for 21 years. She has been with Executives since 2006 and has worked as a processor, a document recorder, has typed commitments and is currently over the Escrow Accounting Department.  She puts her “outside” talent and interest to work for the company as our “Party planner and Holiday office decorator". She is a longtime resident of Oklahoma and enjoys working with people in the closing industry.

Jennifer “Jen” is new to the title industry but has experience as an Office Administrator.   She joined the company in April of 2021 and has already become an asset to the team.  She has worked in our Title Dept. area which has given her opportunities to learn an array of new knowledge. She currently holds a position in our Escrow Accounting area. She is a pleasant, caring person and is enjoyable and fun to be around.  Since being born and raised in Oklahoma, she considers “Okie” as her second language (just kidding).  Spending time with family, friends, and her dog, along with enjoying dirt track racing is how she occupies her spare time.

Ronan is a lovable, adorable dog who gets to visit the Executives team periodically.   He is 11 years old, an emotional support dog and is a very good boy.   Ronan brings joy and happiness where ever he goes.   The team showers him with cuddles and treats and he, of course, loves the team and their gifts (smile).    He has been awarded the title of the "Team Mascot".
